Installation was straight forward, good quick start manual. Great screen, easy to read in bright sunlight. Fast response time, accurate readings and so far maps seem up to date. Have yet to put it to the test with a difficult long trip. By Nubi, January 28, 2009
Pros: easy to read map, finds satalite quicklyCons: small communites shopping/directions not accurateMy first GPS system so I'm not able to compare. Works well. Easy to use. I like the voice feature. Directions not always accurate, tells you to make a turn where no turn exists. Shopping areas, gas stations, etc. not always the closest. You can see a gas station in a small community from your car but it tells you the closest gas station by that company is 100 km away in another community. ciao.com

I recently upgraded my GPS to a Garmin Nuvi 775T. I am impressed with this GPS model due to the extra features it has over my previous Garmin. I like the new lane guidance feature which gives you a 3D view of what lane you should be in and which signs to look for when exiting. This was a big issue with my older GPS, because I would occasionally be in the wrong lane and miss my exit. The Garmin Nuvi 775T also has bluetooth technology if you want to talk hands free, which is something I thought I would never use, but has come in handy many times since I purchased this GPS. The integrated traffic reports are awesome on the 775T because you dont have to sign up for a subscription. I found few other GPS devices that offer that service for free. Buzzillions.com

It's great. I travel alot at work and get sent to different areas which I am not that familiar with or don't know at all, so it is very practical for that reason alone. It also gives traffic advisories, allowing me to decide if I should seek an alternate route due to congestion. Finally, my old GPS was big and bulky, the nuvi775T fits in my pocket and has come in handy when I am away from home. Owner Nuvi GPS Rating
