Garmin's newest entry in the trucking and RV market is the Garmin Desl 560lt a GPS for truckers. Sporting a large, bright 5” WQVGA color TFT with white backlight , color touch screen this unit can be configured for a truck or a RV.

It measures 4.4"W x 2.5"H (11.1 x 6.3 cm); 5" diag (12.7 cm) and is equipped with a rechargeable lithium ion battery with an predicted 4hr life before charging. At a suggested retail price of $469.99 this GPS for Truckers provides a wealth of information and features. It even includes a video input for an external backup camera. Preloaded with loads of information for the truck driver and RV owner, you will have it all at your fingertips. Even the preloaded POI’s are orientated toward the truck driver and RV owner. With trafficTrends, your Garmin dezl 560LT automatically learns daytime trends for traffic flow to improve your routes and better predict your estimated time of arrival based on time of day and day of week.

Lifetime traffic: : The desl 560LT is equipped with a FM traffic receiver, you will receive up to date traffic alerts on your Desl 560LT. No subscription fees, everything is included. Our exit services let you search roadway exits for truck stops, food, lodging, rest areas and weigh stations so you’re never left guessing what’s around the bend. Trip Report: : With your 560LT, you can easily log and keep you trip information. You can record fuel usage, and the 560LT will automatically record state mileage for IFTA fuel logging. In addition you can easily log your hours of service and driving status, and the 560LT GPS systems will track your hours and automatically warns you of HOS violations. You can then export all logs for better reporting and tracking of each trip.
